How can I get a replacement card?
To request a replacement card, kindly contact our Help & Support Centre.
Can I view my physical card details from the app?
Yes. You can view the card number, expiry date, and CVV in your Ryt Bank app. For security reasons, you may be prompted to verify your identity before viewing these details.
I ordered a physical card. When will my card arrive?
You will typically receive your card within 4-5 business days. It will be delivered to your registered mailing address. If your card hasn’t arrived by then, please contact our Help & Support Centre for assistance.
How do I get a physical card?
To get a physical card, you first need to have a virtual card. Once you have a virtual card, you can order a physical card for free for a limited time through the Cards section in the bottom tab of the Ryt Bank app.
