When will I be subjected to a Cooling-Off period?
Currently, there are two scenarios where a Cooling-Off period will apply to you:
1. If you are an existing user and paired your account with a new device (including deleting and uninstalling the app on the same device); or
2. If you are an existing user and have increased your transaction limit.
The Bank continuously monitors the effectiveness of the security measures and may impose a Cooling-Off period on other actions as necessary to protect you, combat fraud and enhance banking security.
