What should I do if my payment using DuitNow QR fails but the amount is deducted from my account?

In cases where a transaction fails but the amount is still deducted:
  1. Check your transaction history in your Ryt Bank app to confirm the status. If the status is shown as 'Processing,' allow up to 24 hours for the transaction status to be updated to ‘Completed’.
  2. If the transaction status is updated to ‘Unsuccessful’, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account. If the refund does not appear in your account within 24 hours, contact our Help & Support Centre and provide your transaction details for further assistance.
  3. Ryt Bank aims for the refund process to be completed within 14 business days
