What should I do if I lose my card?
If you’ve lost your card, don’t worry — you can freeze it instantly from the app to prevent any unauthorised use.
Once it’s frozen, you can request a replacement through by contacting our Help & Support Centre
1. To freeze your card:
2. Open the Ryt Bank app.
3. Go to the Cards section in the bottom tab
4. Tap on “Freeze” button
