What should I do if I accidentally transfer to an incorrect account number and want to cancel the transfer?

If you have made a mistake, please contact Ryt Bank’s Help & Support Centre and provide the following details:

• Transaction date and time;

• Transfer reference ID; and

• Recipient's account information.

Ryt Bank will coordinate with the recipient's bank to attempt a recovery of the funds on a best-effort basis. Please note that the Bank will attempt to recover the funds within a reasonable time and is subject to the DuitNow Transfer Terms and Conditions. Additionally, you are required to lodge a police report, including all relevant transaction details to assist in the investigation.
