What should I do if I accidentally make a DuitNow QR transaction to an incorrect recipient and need to cancel it?

If you have made a mistake, please contact Ryt Bank’s Help & Support Centre and provide the following details:
  1. Transaction date and time ;
  2. Transfer reference ID; and
  3. Recipient's account information
Ryt Bank will coordinate with the recipient's bank to attempt a recovery of the funds on a best-effort basis. Please note that the Bank will attempt to recover the funds within a reasonable time and is subject to the DuitNow QR Terms and Conditions. Additionally, you are required to lodge a police report, including all relevant transaction details to assist in the investigation.
