My card has been used fraudulently. What should I do?
First, double-check if you made the payment. Some merchants may appear under a different trading name, making the transaction seem unfamiliar.
If you confirm that the payment is fraudulent:
- Freeze your card immediately to prevent further unauthorized transactions. You can do this in the Cards section of the Ryt Bank app.
- Contact our Help and Support Centre to file a transaction. If eligible, you may receive a provisional credit of the transaction amount (or up to RM5,000) within 14 calendar days, with a final resolution within 30 calendar days. You will need to raise the dispute within 60 calendar days of the transaction posting date.
