My card has been swallowed by an ATM. What should I do?

If your card is retained by an ATM:

Freeze your card immediately for security reasons. You can do this in the Cards section of the Ryt Bank app.

Contact our Help and Support Centre to request for a replacement card. Be ready to share the ATM location and the details of the last transaction that was attempted.
