If you are using the same device but are prompted to unpair your account from your device during login, it could be because

1. You have previously uninstalled the Ryt Bank app without unpairing from your device;
2. You have cleared the device cache and data; or
3. You have factory reset your device.

If you are having trouble unpairing your Ryt Bank app from a device or if you have issues with login after reinstalling the Ryt Bank app on your device, please contact our Help & Ssupport Centre for assistance.

Please note that a cooling-off period will be applied once you pair your account to a new device.
